"We have a number of years experience in the industry and believe in spending a bit more time with a potential client in order to ensure that whatever is required, whether just a basic partition through to a more complicated project, that consideration is given to cre8tive and efficient ways to use office space."

 Co-ordination of design, products, installation, services and supply is essential for a successful solution to be delivered on time and within budget. Our modern systems and liaison enable client involvement throughout any project and enable the management of a cre8tive outcome for any business.

 We Consult

The first consultation is free and without obligation. When commissioned we work with the customer to determine solutions to immediate problems, how people work, possible layouts, storage, and where essential service amenities are best placed.

We also determine at this stage how the project should be managed. There are many legal obligations that are enforced by statute, as well as design based legal obligations such as dealing with the DDA regulations, display regulations, Building regulations, there are other regulations that the client is obligated to such as CDM, these are legal obligations that are enforceable on the employer instructing the work (the client). Design, style, and furnishings must meet budget considerations so cost implications are given due priority, and staged phases together with future requirements are reflected in our flexibility.

Many clients have established agreements with IT or telephone companies, we can work with the clients preferred vendors in with our fit out work, or we can involve our business partners who also carry out this type of work.

Scheduling and hours of work are of paramount importance and we plan with clients any 'out of hours' on-site situations.

Working out what is required from the client is a very important part of our 'consultation' phase and although initially it may seem exhaustive, the process is an on-going one, where design, project progress and constant communication is important.

We Design

We can carry out a basic space plan, or a more radical design, it is up to the client. If the client needs storey boards or a visualization sketch in three dimensions then it can be done.

With a brief established we will employ the latest technology to create some initial designs and layouts for client consideration

Designs will take into account structure, lighting, air-flow, air-conditioning, heating, sound, communications systems, storage, and of course people matters. Designs also have to comply with Building Control requirements and can be used for submitting plans to the local council and fire departments for approval.

We're realistic enough to appreciate that our initial CAD proposals are for discussion - and we are mindful of budget factors too!

We Build

With final specifications there may be a requirement for statutory consents or adjustment to fire certification etc. Our CAD drawings are used by our administration to handle these matters if they arise.

Project scheduling is created to suit your deadlines and any 'down time', and we organise materials, specialist contractors, and liase with manufacturers.

Our fixers have 10 years experience in the construction industry, have First Aid Certificates and are on the first stage of getting their Construction Skill Certificates which Cre8tive Working Environments is sponsoring their training to achieving NVQ levels with CITB.

 A constant liaison is maintained with the client and scheduling progress, updates and commissioning are all parts of our services.

We Supply

A full range of ceilings, partitions, furniture and accessories are available to meet the requirements and budgets of clients. We are always mindful of specifications and advise at the beginning of the project on supply, lead times, and costs. These are incorporated in scheduling towards final completion.

Furniture supplies meet with the layouts we produce, since selected furniture dimensions are incorporated in the plans provided for space management layouts. Cre8tive has many suppliers and the product selection is made based on budget, style and the performance of the product.
